1. Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged.

2. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate the refund.
  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
